1. Intellectual Property & Creative Commons I encourage creativity and allow you to build upon my original world and characters, provided you give appropriate credit to me, Lavender Vodka, as the original creator.

Note on Homage and Parody: Much of my work serves as an homage or parody of existing horror and genre tropes. My use of these themes is intended for creative expression and does not imply ownership of any underlying third-party intellectual property. Similarly, while I encourage fan-created content, all non-commercial fan fiction, fan art, and related creative works based on my original creations are permitted only so long as they are not used to generate profit and provide proper attribution to me.

2. Commercial Use & Licensing If you wish to use my creative works or world-building elements for commercial purposes—such as selling physical merchandise (e.g., candles, apparel) or selling fan fiction—you must obtain prior authorization.

• Profit Sharing: Use of my intellectual property for commercial gain requires a licensing agreement. This may involve either a one-time flat fee or a royalty percentage of your profits, determined on a case-by-case basis.
• Prohibited Acts: You may not market, sell, or distribute works based on my creations as your own original intellectual property.

3. Attribution Requirements Whenever you share work based on my stories or world, you must include a clear, visible attribution stating: "Based on the original works of Lavender Vodka."

4. Changes to Terms I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of or reliance on my creative elements following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
